We’ve been where you are.

Before we started buying houses, we were homeowners trying to figure it all out. That experience shapes every project we take on.

We are Suzanne & CJ Jones

It started with our own first home.

In 2004 we renovated a small house, our first home, and realized we were good at turning a house into a home with real charm.

Suzanne has the eye and CJ knows how to build. Together we’ve been renovating homes ever since. Some of them are now Airbnbs, and every one taught us something we use on the next.

Now we want to bring those skills to more houses around Birmingham: the ones with good bones that just need someone to see what they could be.

We bring in investors on many of the homes we buy. Every deal is set up differently, and there are always new opportunities.

Three simple steps to a better renovation.

Know your number

We all have big dreams, but every project starts with what you can afford or want to spend. Once you have a number in mind, we can get creative.

Have vision, or trust

At some point you’ll ask yourself, “What have we done?” Don’t stress. A renovation is a marathon, not a sprint, so be patient.

Ask for help

Sometimes it takes an army. Ask friends, look for ideas on social media, and lean on people who’ve done it before. Just don’t get stuck.
